Away we go!!

The 1st of July we moved over to another park for the month as the new owner Liz will be here between 1st and 10th.  We're staying at Del Pueblo which is very nice park.  Liz got here on the 10th went over to greet them and give them keys to the kingdom and do title transfer.  The title was messed up as Nancy Smith didn't get a title after her husband passed.  So we had to get that taken care of first.  Finally got that straighten out the following week and just waiting for title in the mail.  Still looking for a tow trailer (Car hauler).  Guess we will have to rent one for first couple legs of our trip from Uhaul.  Drew met with the cardiologist finally (took 3 months to get in) Dr. Dima is concerned about where the blockage came from with his stroke, and that his right side of the heart is enlarged.  She suspects atrial fibrillation and irregular heart beat. might be the cause.  She is hooking him up to a monitor for 30 days, and running a couple other tests before we leave at end of July. As long as those tests are okay we we head out, other wise we will be changing our plans.  He is doing really well with the exception of he doesn't think he needs to heal his brain and that he is same as always. He minimizes what has happened and has some denial about the healing process and particularly not being able to drive.  He argues it with me and I just say talk to the doctor about it.  He says he doesn't need a doctor to tell him if he feels he can drive or not that he wouldn't drive if he felt he couldn't, he's not an idiot or a child.  He goes in to neurologist on 21st so can argue it with them and get all his answers explained.

So we are anxious to go to Utah and see Ben and his family. I'm also excited to go see all my cousins and family in Oregon.  Hoping to see and spend time with our son and his family or at least the grand kids.  We are adjusting again quickly to living in smaller space and down sizing.  The animals have done great even the cat.  We have gone over to old place a few times and visited friends, and Bill and David came out to our place, so did Queva and Dave.  Most of our friends have been keeping distance and separating from us.  Which is common, and we have had it happen before when we left Oregon it was difficult for our neighbor Julie.

Well will start to write more when we hit the road...... Till then stay happy and keep the faith!
