Winter and Change in Oregon

We are enjoying the cooler weather, even the rain. Although my body disagrees as every joint I have feels the rain. This is where Ibuprofen kicks in use. Actually we are using alternative methods for pain management and better health over all and it is going very well. We have changed our diet and done way with sugars and processed foods. We use only maple syrup for sweetener sometimes honey. We are eating all the meat & vegy's we want and limited fruit mostly berries. We are using vinegars (which have multiple uses) and essential oils (which also have multiple uses).  We also  include some cheeses, yogurt, peanut butter. We read the labels on everything to check for sugars and additives. We are doing well and the changes agree with us.
On another note we are enjoying it here at Ft. Stevens State Park, hosting. Andrew is learning how to hunt mushrooms and the many kinds and how to identify them. He is still chicken to eat any he finds, but is enjoying learning more about it. As he learns he may become more confident in his findings and his expertise. He is scheduled finally (Dec 18th) after two years for a hearing with social security. We have to go to Portland for the hearing. We are hopeful for a positive result.
We are  involved in the "Young Living" Essential Oils company. I believe in using natural sources as a means for better wellness and health. Essential oils have been used for thousands of years in many cultures and are an all natural resource.  Both Andrew and I have suffered with health issues and diabetes and with use of essential oils and nutritional supplements from the oils we are over coming some of the health issues. After years of taking medications for this and that we are eliminating the need for pharmaceutical medications and going natural with what God has given us and what has been there all along.

If interested in learning more about use of Essential Oils or knowing the unlimited value check out our website: "Young Living"http://www.youngliving.org/tciupryk  and if you want to join our Essential Oils Family click on the link below the picture for my information & to join. I will assist you with all you need to get started and send you a free gift of the "Essential Oils" pocket desk reference guide in my appreciation.
